“There are still home sellers out there getting above asked offers on their homes but you have to know how to do it. Your home has to be ready and you’ve got to have somebody to help you strategize through the offer process. That is incredibly important. Despite all the bad national housing headlines, that is in fact taking place.” – Greg

“I think we’re looking at it will probably be stable for a while. Hopefully move down a little but again, as we’ve noticed for the last couple of weeks, the bank situation is always changing. Stuff can happen in the market that can change that but I would think we’re going to be stable.” – Lisa on mortgage rates
